Emerson International to Host Luxury Condominium Showcase for Realtors Dec. 17 at Emerson Plaza in Altamonte Springs. Emerson International, which developed the master-planned CenterPointe on The Park community featuring two 12-story luxury condominium towers overlooking Cranes Roost Lake and the new downtown Altamonte Springs, will host a special Realtors reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 17 to showcase a new model condominium in the South Tower at Emerson Plaza, located on CenterPointe Circle. Mary Sue Hartman, sales manager at Emerson Plaza, said the Westbury model condominium offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,485 square feet of living space priced from the mid-$400s.
