ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International reports that all 85 luxury residences at Emerson Plaza overlooking Crane’s Roost Lake in Altamonte Springs have been leased.

Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said leasing units began in early 2010.

Emerson International is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Emerson Group, the global corporation that is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies.
