Dogs and cats are permitted at the discretion of the owner with written permission from management and with the following conditions:

• A non-refundable pet fee $500 per pet.
• Refundable pet deposit $500, per pet.
• Limit of two pets per apartment, not to exceed 25 pounds per pet at full growth.

Breed Restrictions:

No reptiles, pigs, rabbits or ferrets are permitted.

Violation of this policy will result in a daily fine and/or termination of the lease.
